Hi. I'm Nelson.

Most people know I do something related to AI for work, but that's generally where it stops.

The simplest description I have is that I'm an AI expert generalist. Yes, I kind of made that up, but I think it also fits. Deep in a few things, curious about everything, and AI is what lets me move between them faster than I ever have before. On any given day, I might be researching how nudges support change, advising a founder on where a button should go in their app, or building my own team of AI agents.

Before all this, I used data to drive game strategy in sports, then was fortunate to led people analytics and tech teams at Wayfair, Sonos, and Figma.

Moving fast is nice. The part I actually care about is the judgment to know whether I'm moving in the right direction.
