EXECUTIVE COACHING
I work with leaders responsible for AI transformation.
You get a confidant outside the organization to pressure-test your decisions and build alongside you.
Who this is for
I primarily work with Chief People Officers and leaders in People Analytics, HR Tech, and People and Talent Operations.
My background
WHAT I'VE LED

Personally, I believe that good coaching is like leading people: you have to actually want and enjoy doing it.
What you get
We can work through decisions before you take them to your team, peers, or board. I’m outside your reporting structure, and we work with your organization’s people, systems, and constraints.
What you say here stays here.
Decisions you can defend, because you pressure-tested them with someone who has no agenda.
Enough hands-on fluency to tell what's real from what's vendor hype.
A few things actually built, and the ability to build the next one on your own.
How it works
We work one-on-one, primarily virtually. We schedule sessions around the decisions and work in front of you.
A session might be a conversation about a decision you’re carrying, or we might build something useful together. Using the tools yourself gives you a better sense of what’s possible and what your team will need to learn.
An example of what we could build
Most of it starts with something you already repeat. You run one-on-ones with your directs, and before each one you go looking for what you covered last time and what they’ve been working on since. We turn that into a defined process, then into meeting prep that runs itself. You get the time back, and you get the way of thinking that lets you do it again on the next thing.
You’ll take part in the work. We build together, and you leave able to keep going without me.
BOOK A FREE INTRO CALLA few questions
Do I need to be technical already?
No. Most people I work with aren't. That's the point of the hands-on work.
Is it only virtual?
Mostly. One-on-one and virtual works for most people, and I'm open to meeting in person when that's useful to you.
What happens on the first call?
We start wherever you are. You bring what's on your plate, and we go from there.
The intro call is free, and it’s a read on your situation, not a pitch.
